"Zero Tenant Unhappiness", or ZTU, is a saying CenterPoint coined in its early operating years. Understanding the significance of ZTU in the success of our business, we commenced an independently administered survey in 1997 for customers to rate us on our building management style. This annual survey provides with great insight of what we are doing right, and what we could be doing better as property managers. With survey results directly linked to our employee compensation, we have a vested interest in the condition of our buildings and our customers' satisfaction with our performance.
We have surpassed the 'Best Practices' threshold (score of 85 out of 100) every year since 1999 and have successfully raised our score each year since 2000. These outstanding results have been earned through hands-on property management and committed service to our customers' continuously changing needs. While a perfect score seems an impossible feat we strive for it, and get closer each year.
